i booked a double room, it was well decorated and had central heating, coffee and tea making equipment, and television. kitchenette was a big plus. loved the location very close to the centre.

My stay at Friends Of Florence was fantastic! The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Claudio, the owner, was extremely friendly and gave me a warm welcome. The location was perfect, away from the touristy areas but still close to all the sights. There were great restaurants nearby too. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

I had such a great stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. Secondly, the location was fantastic - it was very near the main train station and on a bus line, making it super convenient to explore all the attractions in the city. Lastly, the rooms were exactly like the pictures, and they had all the basic amenities I needed, including air con for hot summer days. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and set me off to a great start each morning.

This accommodation is superbly located in the heart of the city, near the main attractions, restaurants and train station. the rooms are modern, clean and stylishly decorated with comfortable beds and air conditioning. the service is excellent; the staff is friendly and welcoming. the host provides city maps and insider tips on where to eat and what to do. guests can enjoy the ambient sound of piano music from the surrounding apartments while relaxing in their own balcony.

There might be some noise issues within the building, as the walls are thin and some noise from other rooms and hallways may be heard.
